Designed for CIE K12 graduates and professionals, this program lets you turn verified skills, professional experience, volunteer work, and prior learning into university credit while completing engaging online coursework at your own pace. It’s an affordable, flexible route to a degree that builds on your life experience.
How it works
1: Choose your degree subject and enroll
2: Tell us what you’ve done – submit your work history, volunteering, and prior study for credit review.
3: Study online – complete video lessons and short tests.
4: Finish with a capstone – apply what you’ve learned to a focused project in your field.
5: Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts - specializing in the subject of your choice.
Degree subjects
CIE offers four degree specializations — Ancient History, Education, English Language, and Linguistics — all designed to recognize prior learning while guiding you through an engaging online academic journey.
Tuition Fees:
*Pricing in USD. Tuition fees are either paid in full during the enrollment process, or the monthly option will schedule payments on the same day each month beginning on the date of enrollment.
Purchase provides access to online content for the duration of payments, or 24 months if paying in full. Continued access to online curriculum beyond that is available for a monthly subscription fee of $9.99.

Tutoring and Guidance
When you enroll, CIE will assign you a personal tutor who will give you personalized assistance throughout your studies.
Graduation
When you complete the required courses totaling 120-130 credits, you can apply to graduate through one of our partner universities.
