Our experience-based route is designed for adults with around 4 years of relevant professional and/or volunteer experience who want a more flexible path to a degree.
Unlike a conventional degree pathway, this route is based on the experience you already have, rather than on completing a new course of study. It is intended for people who have built up meaningful knowledge, skills, and responsibility through real-life work and service. Depending on their background, suitable candidates may be able to earn a BA or MBA through this route.
It may be a good fit for those who are already working, balancing family or volunteer commitments, or looking for a practical way to move forward academically without taking on a long conventional program.

We are developing a new generation of degree programs for CIE K12 graduates and other adult learners ready for the next step in their education.
These programs are being designed around a more flexible and practical model that combines academic study with the development of a portfolio of real-world experience. They are especially suited to those who want to keep working, earning, and/or volunteering while progressing toward a degree.
The subject areas now in development are:
- Computer Science & AI
- Economy, Society, and Social Innovation
- Education
We believe higher education should be more accessible, flexible, and connected to real life.
Too often, degree programs are priced and structured in ways that make them hard to pursue alongside work, family responsibilities, or volunteer service. We want to offer a different kind of pathway — one that respects what students can realistically manage and recognizes that valuable learning also happens outside a traditional classroom.
This commitment shapes both our experience-based route and the new degree programs in development, helping make degree study more achievable, relevant, and affordable.
