On the first day, please plan to arrive by 10:00 to allow time for you to get checked in and settled. The course will finish at approximately 18:30 on the first day, and 17:00 the following days. A one hour lunch break is provided, usually from 12:30pm - 1:30pm. There are a number of local and chain restaurants in the area. Students may also choose to bring their own lunch.

Dress

Keep in mind that this is an interactive workshop where you will be doing a lot of moving around and getting out of your seat, so please dress comfortably.
